1. The Service
ExamGraph is an online practice platform for the NEET-UG examination. It offers chapter tests, full-length and custom mock tests, past NEET and AIPMT papers, special question formats, a review system for your mistakes, progress tracking, an AI tutor and AI explanations of questions.
ExamGraph is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body. NEET and NTA are the property of their respective owners. Our mock tests are modelled on the published exam pattern; they are not official papers, and exam rules are set by the NTA, not by us.
2. Who can use it
You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to accept these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must accept these terms on your behalf and consent to your use of the Service, and they are responsible for your use of it, including any purchase.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your email address current.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it or let others use it. Free allowances, Pro access and your progress are personal to you.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@examgraph.app if you think someone else has used it.
- If you sign in with Google, Google’s terms also apply to how you sign in.
4. Free and Pro plans
The free plan lets you use part of the Service at no charge, with limits on what you can access. Pro unlocks the full Service, including every mock paper, unlimited custom mocks, all topic tests, the full question bank and the AI tutor. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page and in the app at the time you use it.
Practice on Pro is unlimited. On Pro, the AI tutor and AI explanations share a limit of 100 requests a day and 6 a minute, to keep them fast and available for everyone. The free plan includes 5 AI explanations in total and no AI tutor. We may change these limits and will show the current ones in the app.
5. What Pro costs, and for how long
- Pro is sold as the NEET 2027 pass: a single payment that opens everything until 31 May 2027. The price is shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and Razorpay’s terms apply to the payment.
- Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. We do not set up any mandate, standing instruction or auto-debit, and we will never charge you for the pass again. When it ends on 31 May 2027 your account simply returns to the free plan. Your practice history is kept.
- Before 1 November 2026 we also offer a free trial of Pro, which you claim in the app. It needs no payment details, it ends on 1 November 2026, and it too has nothing to cancel.
- Accounts created before 1 November 2026 pay a lower price for the pass, and keep that price whenever they choose to buy. The price you will be charged is always shown before you pay.
- If we change the price, the change applies only to purchases made after it. A pass you have already bought is not affected.
6. Refunds
Because Pro gives you instant access to digital content, refunds are limited to the following.
- Within 3 days: if you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of your pass within 3 days of paying for it. Your Pro access ends automatically when the refund is issued, and your account returns to the free plan.
- After those 3 days the pass is not refundable, except as below. Because it is a single payment there is no renewal to cancel, and nothing further will ever be charged.
- Always refunded, in full: a duplicate charge, a charge for the wrong amount, a payment taken where Pro was never activated on your account, and a payment you did not authorise.
To ask for a refund, email support@examgraph.app from your account address with the date of the payment and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. Please contact us before raising a chargeback; most problems are fixed faster that way.
We may refuse a refund where the refund window is being used repeatedly or the account has been used in breach of these terms.
7. The AI tutor and AI explanations
- Tutor replies, question explanations and the dashboard’s study brief are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, even when they sound confident. Check anything important against your NCERT textbook or a teacher.
- These features are for learning NEET subjects. Do not use it to produce harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or to extract the question bank.
- Don’t put personal details about yourself or anyone else in tutor messages; they are not needed. How these requests are processed is explained in our Privacy policy.
8. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish, sell or share questions, solutions or other content from the Service;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service;
- get around plan limits, free allowances, rate limits or other restrictions, including by making extra accounts;
- reverse engineer, probe or interfere with the Service or its security;
- submit false or abusive question reports, or misuse the Service to harm others; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Service and its content, including our question bank, generated questions, solutions, explanations, software and design, belong to Philotium Studio or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation while you have an account. Nothing else is licensed to you.
Past-paper questions are reproduced for students’ practice and remain the property of their original owners. NCERT textbooks remain the property of NCERT. If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it promptly.
You keep ownership of what you send us, such as tutor messages and question reports. You allow us to use them to run and improve the Service, for example to correct a question you reported.
10. No guarantee of results
We work hard to make questions, answer keys and explanations correct, and we fix errors you report. But mistakes can happen, and your result in NEET depends on many things outside our control. We do not promise any score, rank, percentile or admission, and figures such as projected scores and mastery are estimates from your practice, not predictions of your exam result.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a significant part of Pro during a period you have paid for, you may ask for a proportionate refund for the rest of that period.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Apart from what these terms expressly promise, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control; and
- our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
13. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us; our Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example by account sharing, scraping or payment fraud. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to respond. If we close a paid account without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of your current period.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Subject to that, the courts at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will tell you in the Service or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using it.
16. Contact and grievances
